To Whom It May Concern:
 

I have been on staff at The Chapel with Pastor Reg for the past six years.  In those years, I have enjoyed working and serving with him.  I have had the opportunity to serve with him as my pastor, and I have turned to him many times as a mentor.  More than just being someone that I did ministry with, he has been a great friend and support to me.  During these past six years, he and Cesca have supported and encouraged me, given wisdom and loved on my family.  I have learned from him and grown in my ministry position through his care and leadership.

 

I have appreciated Reg and the leadership he has given.  He is very creative and thinks outside the box. He is willing to take risks for the sake of reaching people for the Lord.  Reg is fun, laughs and has an easy going sense of humor.  Praying and thinking through decisions and not moving forward without confirmation from God, are very important to him.  I can rest in his leadership knowing that he has sought after God’s leadership and is moving with wisdom.  Reg takes time to care and listen.  Even when I know his week is stacked, he will take time to talk, eat, or pray with me (sometimes all three).
 

The Chapel has been my first staff ministry job.  I have been blessed to have these years to learn from and serve with Reg.  I have seen the leadership he has given in his family.  I have seen the way he loves and cares for his wife and kids.  I have seen how he values people and relationships.  I have seen his heart to serve.  I have witnessed his dependence on God and trust in His lead.  My life and my ministry will forever be changed for the better because of this time spent with Reg.
