It is with confidence and great respect that I submit this letter of recommendation for Pastor Reg Genter.  I have come to know him from listening to his messages on Sunday, interacting in a small group setting, and serving with him on our Board of Elders at The Chapel.  Reg has shown me his thoughtful, God-centered approach to serious situations and decisions that were made with the Elders.  He was able to help create a sense of unity and authenticity within the group of Elders as well as other groups he has worked with.  I’ve seen Pastor Reg grow and blossom with his new responsibility of leading as the North Campus Pastor.  He has an approachable way of building relationships that lets him show his big heart for God and allows him to genuinely communicate with all people.  He is blessed to be lovingly energized by his caring and fun wife, Cesca. Pastor Reg has multi-layered skills including music, technology, teaching, vision casting, and a devotion to growing in Christ and then sharing what he has gained.  Pastor Reg has become a calm and inspired teacher of God’s Word through his messages that give practical, God-inspired knowledge that speaks to the individuals in the congregation, including me.
